Offshore Structural Engineer Opportunity

Wood Plc is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Structural Engineer to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our structural engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in offshore structures and advanced structural analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural analysis scopes of work and provide technical oversight
  • Develop and implement structural integrity management plans and strategies
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop RBI plans
  • Review and manage structural anomalies
  • Collaborate with junior team members on project management and technical delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Naval Architecture from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in structural analysis and design
  • Significant experience in offshore structures and floating systems
  • Proficiency in SACS and StaadPro software
  • Knowledge of SESAM and USFOS beneficial
  • Knowledge of FEA software such as ANSYS and ABAQUS advantageous
