Key Responsibilities

Oversee the site Facilities and Maintenance team, ensuring efficient management of all operational aspects. Guarantee that facilities and assets comply with Australian Standards, local regulations, and internal policies. Supervise contractor activities to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, minimizing disruptions. Conduct regular inspections related to facilities and maintenance, adhering to established schedules. Manage procurement of non-residential services and contracts following company guidelines. Serve as the primary contact for technical and maintenance support, assisting various teams and contractors. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for operational expenditures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Facilities or Maintenance management. Experience in managing teams and direct reports. Familiarity with contract management and contractor oversight. In-depth knowledge of fire safety, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and other relevant technical areas. Strong communication skills to foster collaboration with stakeholders. Background in facilities management or engineering is preferred.
