Position Overview

As a key player in the Strikeforce Hardware Projects Team, you will be responsible for enhancing the merchandising efforts within various DIY retail environments, including Bunnings Warehouse. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure optimal product presentation and compliance with merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing product relocations and shelving setups to maximize store efficiency.
  • Implementing Planograms and ensuring adherence to merchandising guidelines.
  • Building and showcasing displays, including point-of-sale materials.
  • Fostering strong relationships with store personnel to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilizing your personal smart device for accurate reporting and task management.
  • Demonstrating excellent time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age with full working rights in Australia.
  • Possession of a valid State Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A passion for physical work and a keen eye for detail.
  • Physical fitness is essential, with the ability to perform tasks involving bending and lifting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Previous experience in hardware or grocery merchandising is advantageous.
