Job Title: Bakery Team Member
Job Description:A bakery team member plays a vital role in the kitchen, assisting the head chef and working as part of a team to create mouth-watering food for guests. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food.Critical Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with the head chef to ensure optimal service during busy periods.
  • Check and maintain the correct temperature of appliances and food.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Set-up, clean and break down work stations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is viewed favorably.
  • Trade qualification or be a qualified pastry chef.
  • Strong food safety knowledge.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
