Crossmark Australia is a leading field sales and marketing business that provides innovative solutions to the retail industry.

As a Sales and Marketing Team Member, you will work with Coles and Woolworths stores to execute merchandising strategies, discuss product promotions, and report tasks daily via our StoreTrack App.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as we build new partnerships and create more opportunities for our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Discuss product promotions and in-store displays with store managers.
  • Report tasks and submit good photos daily via our StoreTrack App.

Requirements:

  • Supermarket retail experience is desirable but not essential; no experience necessary.
  • A valid car driver's license and reliable vehicle (Learner's Permit NOT accepted).
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • 3 - 4 days required availability including Wednesday and Thursday (as minimum).
