We are seeking two experienced Insurance Estimators to join our team in Brisbane. As an Insurance Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing damaged residential properties and determining the cause of damage and viability of claims.
Key Responsibilities- Visit 2-4 sites per day to assess damaged properties and prepare repair cost estimations, repair methodology, and reports for clients.
- Determine the cause of damage and viability of claims, while providing high-level customer service.
- Grow value-added relationships with contractors, loss adjusters, and insurers' representatives.
- Work efficiently using our effective internally developed software system.
- Enjoy flexible working from home, while collaborating with the team remotely.
- Trade background with some experience pricing building works or experience estimating insurance building works.
- Understanding of building methodology.
- Confident using technology.
- Great customer service and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients.
- A keen desire to learn, grow, and give your best.
