The Organisational Resilience Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of business-wide projects that enhance people, process, and technology to maintain regulatory and legislative compliance. This includes reducing Electra Net's net cyber security risk in accordance with the Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework's Security Profile 3.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities.
- Manage project teams, including senior leadership level compliance owners, while mitigating issues and risks.
- Report project progress to the Executive Group, Risk Audit and Compliance Committee, and the Electra Net Board.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects, measured by the achievement of program objectives.
- Extensive project leadership experience in information technology, solutions design, acquisition, and related disciplines.
- Significant broad understanding of business and technology environments, risk management, and related protective Cyber and Compliance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within an agile environment for program and project delivery.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative) and the application of Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) to projects.
- Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).
