As a Nutrition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care to individuals with complex health needs. Our goal is to empower clients to achieve their nutritional goals through expert guidance and support.
About the RoleThis part-time position involves providing on-site services to NDIS participants across the Gold Coast and Logan regions. The role offers flexibility, starting at 2 days per week, with opportunities for growth as the caseload expands.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide targeted interventions for individuals of all ages.
- Develop and implement tailored nutrition plans to support NDIS participants' specific needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Train support workers and family members on effective nutrition strategies.
- Adequate experience in private practice or hospital settings.
- Active membership with Dietitians Australia.
- Valid Working with Children Check, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
