Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting clients to regain their independence, engage in meaningful activities, and ultimately return to work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and create effective interventions.
  • Maintaining open communication with clients, healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage collective expertise and drive better outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong passion for promoting health, well-being, and independence.
  • A valid NSW driver's license and reliable transportation.
