About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, utilising a holistic approach to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Recognised tertiary qualification in nursing.
  • Experience working in residential aged care, with a strong understanding of the needs of older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
