We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our B&D Garage Doors and Openers team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing your teams' understanding of their role, ensuring they have the training, equipment, and priorities to complete their tasks efficiently.

The successful candidate will have prior warehouse/distribution leadership experience, with a proven record of showing a sense of urgency and excellent ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will also have SAP and APO (MRP/ERP) experience and be proficient in data analysis and documentation.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock control processes and efficient workflows
  • Responsible for coaching, developing, and training the team in new process improvements and ensuring their sustainability
  • Analyze warehouse flow, task allocation, and SOPs to determine areas for improvement and develop short-term and long-term plans to enhance efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with B&D Group site and Dulux Group safety protocols, policies, and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement across the site's CI program
