VET Compliance Professional

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee the quality of our services and ensure up-to-date knowledge on regulatory requirements.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves monitoring VET compliance functions, contributing to monthly meetings with stakeholders, and maintaining records of compliance practices. You will work closely with other team members, including the Compliance Manager, Trainers, Delivery Managers, and General Administration staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor VET compliance functions to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Contribute to regular Compliance Meetings with internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of compliance practices and continuous Improvement Registers
- Support compliant optimum service delivery through effective database management and RTO student management systems
To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification
- Vocational Education and Training industry experience and knowledge
- Understanding of the VET Quality Framework and Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)
- Experience in preparation and conduct of internal compliance audits, database management, and using an RTO student management system
