Restaurant Cleaning Opportunity in Rose Bay

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to service a restaurant 7 days a week. The role involves taking pride in work, adhering to safety standards, and delivering exceptional cleaning services.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Full kitchen detail on Sunday/Monday morning, including cleaning range-hoods, grill and oven trays, stove hobs, and polishing stainless benches
  • Using chemicals and following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP's)
  • Disinfection of bathrooms and amenities, spot check and clean of mirrors and glass throughout, and wiping down and disinfecting back of house
  • Complete tasks associated with vacuuming and mopping floors

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in light commercial cleaning, with full training provided upon commencement
  • Own transport and driver's license due to the nature of work
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment, with good time management and communication skills
  • Adherence to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace
  • National police check and two contactable references
