Job Title: Childcare Educator
">About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team at Camberwell Junction ELC. We are seeking someone who shares our commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Key Responsibilities- To work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the development of each child’s unique potential.
- To engage in a range of activities designed to promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children, including planning and implementing educational programs, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the evaluation of program effectiveness.
- To develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition between home and centre, and to keep them informed about their child’s progress.
- Australian Citizenship
- An approved ACECQA qualification of Certificate III in Children’s Services or higher
- Current WWCC (Working With Children Check)
- Level 2 First Aid certificate
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications
