Job SummaryThe Manager, Health Service Planning, plays a key role in driving the development and delivery of strategic service planning and project management across Alfred Health. As a senior leader, you will work closely with the Director, Planning and Partnerships, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the service planning team in developing and delivering strategic service planning projects
- Manage the planning and commissioning of capital projects across Alfred Health
- Work with the Director, Planning and Partnerships, to ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic priorities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and the community
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business or health discipline
- Experience in service planning and project management in a healthcare context
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- A comprehensive understanding of health services and the wider health landscape
