Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. This role will involve driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team and ensuring excellent customer service.

The Role:
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Support with operational excellence, roster management and back-of-house administration.
Key Responsibilities:

This is a key leadership role that requires someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales growth and exceed expectations.
