Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and individual case management to patients on a shift-by-shift basis in a defined clinical area.
- Assess individual patient needs, plan, and implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options.
- Review decisions, assessments, and recommendations from less experienced Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and Students.
- Work effectively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team setting and demonstrate a high standard of interpersonal skills with all people at all times.
- Registered as a Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Hold a current practising certificate.
- Proficient in the use of Information Technology.
- Able to work as a team leader and demonstrate a high standard of interpersonal skills.
