Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Attendant. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience. This includes delivering food and drinks in a timely manner, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service areas, and adhering to company policies and practices.

You will also be responsible for basic food preparation skills, including handling food safely and hygienically. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • RSA qualification or willingness to obtain
  • Previous F&B experience beneficial but not mandatory
  • Can-do attitude and strong focus on customer service
