Unlock Your Career Potential: Technical Revenue Accounting Manager

Join a dynamic team of accounting professionals in a mid-senior level role, where you will interface with the Enterprise sales team and provide technical accounting expertise to continuously help the business scale and achieve sales objectives.

Job Description:
  • Manage contracts: Review and approve on-premise and cloud growth agreements, ensuring accurate recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and other applicable standards.
  • Support teams: Provide guidance to Sales, Legal, and Order Management teams on deal structure and contractual terms for revenue compliance and optimization.
  • Review documentation: Assess non-standard technical accounting terms and computation of accounting adjustments needed for executed agreements in the APAC region.
  • Communicate with auditors: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding revenue accounting matters, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Revenue experience: 5+ years, with at least 3 years in a technical accounting role, preferably with Public Companies experience.
  • Knowledge of GAAP: Strong understanding of US GAAP and primarily revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
  • Technical skills: Proficient in using large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Fusion a plus), and Revpro.
  • Leadership skills: Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to interact effectively with all levels at the company.
  • Analytical skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Accounting. CPA or equivalent is preferred but not required. Experience with a Big-4 accounting firm is strongly preferred.
