The Ideal Candidate

  • Takes ownership of the entire venue, driving success through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Has financial acumen, managing finances with precision, including rostering, cost of goods, and stocktake.
  • Built people skills, able to motivate teams and ensure compliance while delivering stellar performance.
  • Demonstrates dynamic leadership, inspiring greatness and leading by example.
  • Cultivates a positive work environment, fostering loyalty, approachability, and openness to feedback.
