**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as an Electric Bike Rider.

As a key member of our delivery network, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other products to customers while providing exceptional customer service at the door.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be at least 15 years of age
  • Hold a valid learner permit or driver's licence
  • No pre-existing injuries (such as knee or back problems)

Delivery and Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pizzas and other products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing quality customer service at the door, including resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Riding safely at all times, adhering to company safety protocols
  • Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

Additional Responsibilities (if required):

  • Assisting with customer service in store
  • Assisting with food preparation
