Your Key Responsibilities

* Plan and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of all children* Work collaboratively with other educators and leaders to develop and implement innovative programs* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's development* Provide high-quality care and education to children* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality education and care* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge* Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards* Current SA Working with Children Check
