Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vacation Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional travel itineraries that exceed our clients' expectations.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget. You will then design and book customized vacation packages that include accommodations, transportation, excursions, and dining.

To ensure seamless support before, during, and after travel, you will stay in touch with clients and provide them with regular updates on their itinerary. Your attention to detail and ability to think creatively will set us apart from other travel companies.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can think outside the box. They should have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: As a Vacation Designer, you will work independently to design and plan trips. Self-motivation and discipline are essential qualities for this role.
  • Passion for Travel: A passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations is a must. You should be up-to-date on the latest travel trends, promotions, and industry insights.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with online booking systems is necessary. Training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills to perform your duties.
