Senior PMO consultants drive project management office (PMO) excellence for clients.

Your Role:

This experienced position leads the development and implementation of effective PMOs to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing PMOs for projects, programs, or portfolios
  • Enhancing PMO capabilities through process improvement and stakeholder engagement
  • Implementing governance and controls frameworks to support client objectives
  • Maintaining alignment between existing PMO practices and changing requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the client organization
  • Providing guidance to other members of the PMO team
Key Qualifications:
  1. A proven track record of delivering high-quality PMO services in various settings
  2. Strong experience in establishing and tracking governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios
  3. Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
  4. Ability to work in different types of PMOs (desirable)
  5. References from previous employers and client sponsors
