Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented On-Site Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury apartment complex in Toowong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents, stakeholders, and contractors while maintaining the highest standards of property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive property management services, including rent collection, accounts payable/receivable, and maintenance coordination.
  • Manage the building operations, including coordinating with contractors for onsite services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Body Corporate Committee, residents, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Work alongside the caretaker to ensure seamless operations and property maintenance.
Requirements
  • Real Estate Certificate or License required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of property management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, contractors, and body corporate.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
