As an Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III), you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can innovate, create value, and proudly contribute to our Albury Childcare Centre.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in working with children. They will effectively engage with educators, families, and children to implement educational programs by providing a safe, stimulating, and educational environment.

You will be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate programs for individuals and groups of children, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and contributing to the overall procedures of the campus-based Children's Centre. Our centre operates 48 weeks a year, with a four-week close down over the Christmas period.

We offer a base salary range of $49,947 - $52,602 p.a., plus employer's contribution to superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading. You will also have access to multiple benefits such as opportunities for professional growth, fitness passport, employee well-being, and assistance programs, including free annual flu vaccinations. We support the renewal of certifications, such as first aid, CPR, child protection, and others.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Certificate III qualification recognised by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and demonstrated experience in early childhood services. You must also hold a Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and First Aid qualification that is recognised by ACECQA.
