About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at ATRSP Lineage AUS TRS Pty Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and driving cost savings through effective procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Operations: Assist in the execution of daily procurement operations within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, managing high volumes of sourcing requisitions for equipment, supplies, and services to minimize tail spend.
  • RFP Process Management: Assist in the preparation, submission, evaluation, and management of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Supplier Management: Administer new or expiring supplier agreements and contracts, negotiate terms as required, and manage supplier partnerships to ensure contractual obligations are met and supplier concerns are addressed.
  • Catalogue Management: Expand our catalogue management system to provide improved services and cost efficiencies across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Tier 2 Governance: Administer process improvements for e-invoicing, supplier portal expansion and onboarding, WSS contract management, and purchase order compliance.
  • Supply Chain Risk Management: Assist in managing major suppliers to mitigate the effect of supply chain risks on site and/or transport operations, including compliance with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or procurement (or similar) or equivalent purchasing experience, ideally within the warehousing and/or supply chain industries.
  • Experience: General knowledge of sourcing and procurement practices, experience in data/spend analysis, catalogue management, and exposure to procurement and purchasing governance practices.
