Barista Position

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume upmarket cafe.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work a combination of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
