We offer flexible office and warehousing solutions, along with logistics support, for a thriving community of entrepreneurs and startups.

We're seeking a Business Growth Strategist to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and support marketing efforts across all locations, with a primary focus on our new West Footscray site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop and implement strategies to attract new members, primarily for the West Footscray location.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with both prospective and existing members, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and addressing any needs or concerns to enhance member retention.
  • Create sales strategies that drive revenue, surpass targets, and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and activities to raise awareness of our space, including content creation, social media, and local networking events.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in account management, preferably in coworking spaces, e-commerce, advertising, startups, retail, and fashion or creative industries.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, sales strategy, and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
