Responsibilities
  • Manage correspondence and process requests for compassionate access in a compliant and timely manner.
  • Train, support, and oversee other team members who contribute to the management of compassionate access requests.
  • Implement and continuously improve systems and processes for compassionate access programs.
  • Contributing to the Internal Control Framework for Medical Affairs, Medical Information, and Pharmacovigilance functions.
About You

To be successful in this role you will need to understand medical and product information and to communicate with customers such as healthcare professionals, patients, and members of the public.

You'll also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy).
  • Experience in medical affairs, medical governance or a related discipline (e.g. quality assurance, corporate compliance) within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
