A senior clinical role has arisen for a highly skilled clinician to lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Hold relevant registration and qualifications as a Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
- Experience: Possess substantive previous clinical experience in a mental health or acute hospital setting, preferably with young people presenting with mental ill-health.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate proven ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring high standards of practice through staff supervision, clinical review, training and professional development activities.
