  • Provide strategic leadership to our Design & Engineering Business, identifying opportunities and risks.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience across all aspects of Buildings projects from an engineering perspective.
  • Ideally with commercial developer and healthcare experience and network.
  • Well-developed commercial skills, with a sound knowledge of the industry, a demonstrated ability in sales and business development and entrepreneurship.
  • An established local network and track record of delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications with post graduate qualifications being highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to lead with strong influencing, motivational and delegation skills.
