Irrigation Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Irrigation at our Taren Point branch.

As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Embracing the Reece values and policies
• Providing excellent customer service
• Completing all requirements of the certificate
• Processing sales and managing stock
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Communicating with customers and staff
• Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
• Contributing to maintaining a high standard of the branch

About You:

• Has good written and verbal communication skills
• Can follow instructions and work independently
• Is enthusiastic and has a great attitude
• Is willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Is a team player and can work collaboratively
• Is well-presented and can maintain a neat and tidy workspace

Students will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week and must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
