About the Role
As a key member of the Treasury Wine Estates team, you will partner with the sales team to develop and implement commercial finance strategies that drive business growth and profitability. Working closely with stakeholders, you will provide insightful analysis, recommendations, and guidance to inform business decisions.
- Identify business improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and strategic thinking
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes and optimize business performance
- Develop and enhance financial models, tools, and reporting to support business decision-making
- Evaluate and challenge forecasts, promotional plans, and investment assumptions to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Contribute to the development of monthly management reporting, providing insights, analysis, and commentary to inform business decisions
- Provide commercial feedback and guidance to account teams and relevant stakeholders
About You
We are seeking a commercially astute finance professional with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A capable influencer, you will be able to guide business stakeholders through your expertise, analysis, and strategic thinking.
- Relevant commercial finance experience within the FMCG, wine, or beverages industry is highly desirable
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective planning and project management skills
- Experience in influencing cross-functionally and effective stakeholder management skills
