Senior Quality Assurance Professional

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team at the forefront of multiple digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital services and contributing to impactful projects that drive meaningful change for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create test plans, test cases, defects, traceability matrix, and test summary reports.
  • Analyse business requirements, user stories, and system solutions.
  • Deliver superior testing competencies to ensure efficient and timely testing using planning skills and collaboration with the assigned team.
  • Develop and execute automated tests for assigned work in an efficient and productive manner to guarantee high-quality testing within set time parameters.
  • Execute functional, non-functional, and regression tests as applicable.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Proactively identify issues and drive improvements in QA processes.
  • Provide coaching and support to other Quality Assurance Professionals.
To Be Successful:
  • Demonstrate proficient design of effective test strategies/plans tailored to project objectives.
  • Show extensive experience in both manual and automated testing.
  • Demonstrate expertise in defect management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in popular automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber.
  • Demonstrate experience in API automation testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured.
  • Demonstrate experience in data identification/extraction with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Demonstrate experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
  • Demonstrate experience with performance testing with tools such as Jmeter.
  • Demonstrate experience with Accessibility and compatibility testing.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Security testing.
  • Demonstrate experience with working on cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in QA planning, coordination, and execution within an Agile environment.
