We are currently seeking experienced hospitality assistants to join our team at GMHBA Stadium.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of AFL Match Days and various high-quality conferences and events throughout the week.

This role is perfect for those looking for flexible work, whether you're seeking additional hours alongside a full-time/part-time role or looking to build your experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Support the kitchen team with food preparation and general kitchen duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring high hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required.
  • Work efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen operations on event days.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial kitchen or similar hospitality setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

AFL Home Match Availability:

To be considered for this role, you must be available for all AFL home matches.
