Property Valuations Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Property Valuations Professional to join our 24 month Assistant Valuer Program at Herron Todd White (VIC/TAS).
Job DescriptionThis role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in property valuation, working alongside our experienced team of valuers. As an Assistant Valuer, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting valuations, preparing, and submitting reports under the supervision of a qualified Valuer
- Attending and conducting property inspections, utilising mobile technology for field inspections
- Completing research of market evidence and analysis of comparable sales
- Managing work tasks in conjunction with the administration team to ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Building effective business relationships internally and externally
- Develop technical and theoretical knowledge and skills in property valuation
- Rrotate through our Residential and Commercial Divisions, gaining experience in different systems and valuations
- Work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial valuations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality results
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Tertiary qualifications in a property related field (currently studying or graduates)
- Passion for the property industry
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within tight time constraints and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
