We're seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to collaborate closely with developers, embed testing excellence into our development team, and drive quality improvements throughout the organization.

This individual will work alongside developers to define quality standards, coach on best practices, and build a robust foundation for manual and automated testing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining QA best practices tailored to our systems and development environment.
  • Setting up testing systems and tooling that integrate seamlessly with our CI/CD, .NET, and Angular stack.
  • Partnering with developers to embed testing into the development lifecycle, including test case planning, implementation, and code quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining test suites for APIs, UIs, and core workflows.
  • Defining and managing regression testing, performance validation, and production sign-off.
  • Leveraging test automation frameworks and tooling across backend and frontend codebases.
  • Supporting the CI/CD pipeline with testing strategy and coverage.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in full-stack QA across backend, frontend, and API layers, with a strong understanding of CI/CD, Agile delivery, and developer-focused testing strategies.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic technology stack, including .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, Kafka, GCP, GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, and SQL Server.
