Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Home Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality home care services to our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or higher).
