The Role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Diploma Educator to join our team at Springvale Rise Kindergarten. The successful candidate will have a positive and proactive approach to working with children and families, and will be committed to delivering high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within a strength-based and family-centred approach to deliver high-quality education and care to children
  • Develop warm, respectful and positive relationships with staff, children and families
  • Contribute to the development of a safe, secure and nurturing environment for children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Completed an approved Diploma in Education and Care qualification
  • Hold a valid Employee Working with Children Check
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting)
  • Successfully completed 'Protecting Children - Mandatory reporting and other obligations for the Early Childhood Sector' training
  • Have a well-developed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
