This is an exciting opportunity with Smith & Co Recruitment to work as an Electrical Project Manager overseeing a variety of high-end multi-residential high rise projects in Brisbane.

We are a reputable and forward-thinking Tier 1 electrical contractor seeking experienced Project Managers & Supervisor's to deliver large-scale projects on schedule while exemplifying the client's values and serving as a role model.

Remuneration

The competitive compensation package includes:

  • Project Supervisor -$120k-$160k negotiable
  • Project Manager - $170k-$220k negotiable

Fully maintained work vehicle or vehicle allowance, work phone, superannuation contributions and access to employee benefits.

Job Description

As an Electrical Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering complex electrical construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve leading a team of skilled electricians, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that all project documentation and reports are accurate and up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current QLD Electrical License or mutually recognised interstate license
  • A current CPR/LVR certification
  • Project Management Qualifications or engineering experience

You should have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, particularly in the high-rise or commercial sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to lead by example and set a safety-focused culture.
