As a Goodstart Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young learners and helping them develop essential skills for life.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Work collaboratively with our experienced team to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals
- A competitive salary package, including at least 5% above the award rate
