Job Description

A well-established logistics company is seeking a highly organized and friendly Retail Assistant to join their team in the heart of the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with parcel pick-up and drop-off services.
  • Manage and organize parcels efficiently, maintaining a tidy and orderly workspace.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong customer focus.
  • Flexibility to work casual hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
