About the Position

This is a full-time role located in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team on complex employee relations and industrial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and case management.
  • Support enterprise agreement negotiations and implementation.
  • Advise on legislative changes, policy amendments, and employment contract updates.
  • Partner with stakeholders across all levels on employee and industrial relations matters.

About You

  • You should have a relevant postgraduate qualification or Bachelor of Law.
  • You must have proven experience in a senior advisory role with expertise in employment law and employee relations.
  • A background in not-for-profit environments and aged/disability care or health sectors is highly regarded.
  • You should possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
