Job Title:

Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts and payroll, with experience in processing invoices, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare invoices and purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers for information/clarification
  • Receipting and reconciliations
  • Prepare general account and bank reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly/fortnightly/monthly financial reports
  • PAYROLL administration and support
  • Data entry and importing data into finance systems
  • Additional administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bookkeeping/accounting qualification
  • 2+ years experience in similar role
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with accounts payable function and account reconciliations
  • Generating and issuing supplier invoices
  • Payroll administration or experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Efficient and organised
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the construction industry
  • COHPS experience
