We are currently seeking a professional with expertise in Occupational Rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and be passionate about assisting individuals to achieve return to health and work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide case management services, working closely with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
  • To apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
  • To develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • To complete various assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments;
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling;
  • General or Provisional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC);
  • Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication skills;
  • Compassion and kindness;
  • Well-developed time management skills;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
