Field Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role that involves assembling, supplying and installing hoses, tubes and fittings to equipment and machinery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining customer records with all necessary information regarding orders, quotes and product information
  • Attending all assigned service calls
  • Upselling of service and products whilst on customer service calls

You will be required to have:

  • Trade or field services experience in fitting, mechanical, hydraulics or similar trade
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
