Job Description

The Associate Director will lead a large team accountable for producing the group's financial reporting. They will own the relationship with senior internal and external stakeholders and drive improvement and automation of operational processes, seeking out transformational opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience within financial reporting
  • Experience leading and managing large reporting teams, providing coaching and mentorship
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, partnering with and influencing senior leadership
  • Financial reporting experience within financial services or similarly complex organisations.

This role requires a strong focus on controls and governance, as well as a long-term vision for the financial reporting function and responsibilities.
