Senior Leadership Role

The Senior Guardian will oversee and direct a team of guardians, ensuring efficient prioritisation and allocation of work.

They will take charge of complex cases, making personal and lifestyle decisions on behalf of represented individuals and advocating on their behalf.

Key qualities include a tertiary qualification in social or behavioural sciences, or equivalent experience. A valid 'C' class driver's licence or equivalent is also essential.

  • Manage diverse caseloads effectively
  • Analyse information from various sources to inform decision-making
  • Supervise a team with diverse skills and abilities

As a Senior Guardian, they must be available for travel and participate in an after-hours On Call Guardian roster.
