About the Role

SEE Civil is seeking experienced civil construction professionals to join our Urban Development team as Leading Hands and Foremen. We have various full-time roles available, working on projects across northern Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, and Logan regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and team performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in civil construction, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Current driver's license and Construction White Card.
